TNP Consultants' challenge

TNP Consultants is a hybrid consulting firm that has been assisting the leaders of large companies in their digital transformation programs since 2007. Specialized in multi-sector and collaborating on a daily basis with more than 500 consultants, the company supports its clients worldwide. 

A large company that had inadequate tools (not connected, not centralized...) to follow the professionalization of its employees. It naturally turned to Napta to meet two main challenges. First, to facilitate and centralize the management of skills and aspirations in a single tool. Secondly, to digitize the evaluation process to simplify the follow-up of the teams. Two challenges that were taken up by the Napta teams, who did everything they could to revolutionize the HR processes of TNP Consultants.

TNP Consultants challenges 

A big company has big issues. TNP Consultants is no exception to the rule! It has therefore asked the Napta teams to support it in 4 major challenges.

First of all, to set up a skills and aspirations map.... Unique and adapted for all employees, across 5 different offices and countries! Objective: to create a common language for all employees, which is essential to ensure the fluidity of international exchanges. 

Second, to improve the quality of assignment. The latter did not take into account the aspirations and skills of employees, thus preventing the promotion of progression through experience.

In addition, it was necessary to digitize the semi-annual and annual employee evaluations. Until now, these were carried out differently in each business unit, and it was very difficult for the HR department to centralize and consolidate the data collected.

Finally, we had to create a training catalog, linked with the skills map, on a single, completely digitalized tool common to the entire company. 

The results!

To date, all 500 employees (in 5 different countries) use our platform as a competency management solution!

Napta's teams first supported TNP Consultants in mapping their skills, based on a reference system adapted to the specificities of their business. This cartography has made it possible to meet the expectations of HR, who can now visualize the state of evolution of skills profiles on a single tool.  

In addition, this mapping has significantly improved the quality of assignment. Thanks to its intelligent matching algorithm, it is now possible to match the operational needs of a project with the interests and development wishes of the employees. The assignment is faster and more relevant. 

In addition, career tracking has been simplified. The use of a single digital tool has made it possible to centralize evaluations and automate the updating of employee skills. HR no longer needs to open hundreds of documents to retrieve data! 

Finally, the creation of a digital training catalog, accessible to all, allows employees to clearly visualize the training courses available and to apply for them with complete freedom. HR can add to the catalogue as they go along and anticipate their career development strategy based on employee feedback. Employees can see their profile evolve according to their desires for their professional career.  

Training at the heart of TNP Consultants' careers

At TNP Consultants, employees use PickYourSkills to consult the training catalog and register for training courses according to their aspirations. Focus on their process:

HR managers feed a catalog

HR managers are responsible for creating the cards corresponding to current and future training courses on the platform. They specify all the information related to these courses (dates, description of the speakers, providers, location, etc.).

Employees indicate their interests

The employees, for their part, connect to the platform in order to browse the training catalog. Depending on their development needs, they express their interest in a training course on the platform using a "like" system.

HR managers drive strategy

There is no need to go back and forth on the catalog to see who is interested in which training. HR instantly receives all the interest expressed by their employees. They can then select and prioritize the next training courses / sessions to be launched accordingly. A time saver for all!
